    Love this place and cannot even count the number of times I come here. All the sushi is fresh. The vibe is upbeat. Service perfect. Federico, Amy, Allison, and others always take good care. Highly recommend.

    This place is a VIBE! Checked it out for the first time with a girlfriend of mine and it was absolutely incredible. The restaurant design concept was gorgeous and posh. They had a cute set up for the DJ who was rocking the place the entire evening. Food was amazing - my friend and I were ordering like drug lords LOL a lil bit of everything while we chatted over mocktails (I'm not really a mocktail girlie, but their mocktails are 10/10). It's fine dining so expect to pay a pretty penny, but it's the food, the experience, the ambiance and the vibe that comes with visiting this place. The reason I gave 4/5 is because our waiter, as great as he was, I felt like he was rushing us out. "Sorry to interrupt" was a constant every 5 min to get drinks in, get food in etc. I personally am not a fan of that. Our reservation was at 9:30 and I think that was their latest dinner slot, but no patron likes to feel like they're being rushed to eat and drink. So that was one minor hang up I had. But would I go again, absolutely. Just maybe for an earlier time slot lols

    Went to Shōtō for my boyfriends birthday this year and it did not disappoint! We got the regular Omakase option, was around $100 per person (can't remember the exact price) but it was really worth it! By the time we finished eating, I was so full I had to ask my boyfriend to eat the last course by himself. Sometimes you'll have Omakase at a fancy restaurant and it won't even fill you up. This was not the case here. The server was lovely and all of the food came out very quickly. The only slight detail that wasn't perfect during the whole night was that I ordered a non-alcoholic drink, and my raspberry had a little bit of black on it, but my server replaced it immediately when he noticed. Would definitely recommend.

    We just went to Shoto for our anniversary and truly had a wonderful experience. Our waiter Andres gave us five-star service while helping us understand the menu. We had the chef premium experience for five courses and it was great food. The dumplings, scallops, cod, and sweet potato were unforgettable. We will definitely go back.
